Support Our Work

We are grateful for any financial help we receive towards our work tackling domestic violence. We are currently not a government-funded service, so every little helps.

Be an Awesome Person

You can make a one-off donation at any time through our Givealittle page. (We’re a registered charity, so it’s even tax deductible.)
There are also a couple of other ways you can support us:

Be an Extraordinary Business

Family and whanau violence costs Aotearoa/New Zealand between $4-7 billion per annum. One in three women have reported being a victim at some point. In fact, some of your own staff absentee days could be down to family violence and you probably wouldn’t know.

We’re so thankful when businesses want to contribute and there are a few different ways to do it:

  • Become a corporate partner
  • Make a financial donation
  • Set up Safe Man Safe Family as a payroll giving option for your employees
  • Donate professional services
  • Organise a workplace fundraiser to benefit Safe Man Safe Family

If you would like to discuss any of these options, please get in touch with us at info@safemansafefamily.org.nz

Work With Us

Due to the type of work we do, we can’t take on unskilled volunteers.
However, we are always keen to talk to those people who are on a journey of recovery from violence, to potentially volunteer as one of our Safe Man Champions, and help support others on their own journey. If this might be you, we’d love to hear your story.
